Historic Home Exterior Restoration

This historic home’s exterior was refurbished according to historic photographs obtained by the homeowner. The job entailed many structural improvements including rebuilding the deck, roof, and upper deck complete with new materials.
The historic hexagonal columns replaced existing damaged supports. The upper deck was waterproofed, tiled, and rebuilt with a new railing to match. Cedar shakes, siding & trim replacement, and a thorough exterior paint job completed the project.
