Downtown Two Story Addition
Greenville, SC
This two story addition was added to an 80 year old home near downtown Greenville. The project design was directed by the customers through architectural services provided through Solid Construction.
The downstairs addition provided a completely new kitchen / great room space as well as a full bathroom and laundry area.
The second story includes a jack & jill bathroom and closet space. A screened porch was also added to enhance outdoor living space in the back yard. Many building materials and styles were selected to keep and enhance the historic feel of the home.
