Kitchen Addition / Remodel and Master Bath / Screened Porch Addition

A large addition was built on the side of the home to house the new master suite and was built to match the existing brick foundation and gable roof details. The small kitchen addition was cantilevered over a utility area to bring functional space to the area.
The kitchen was gutted, moving the laundry and service panel areas to new locations. A small addition added some useful space to the kitchen and the wall separating the kitchen from the great room was removed completely.
This master bath suite with walk-in closet and private screened porch was added to the side of the home adjacent to the previous master suite area.
